Pay Range: $20.00 – $26.50 per hour , depending on experience and level

$2,000 sign-on bonus

Shifts: Multiple (1st, 2nd, Weekend)

First Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Second Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM

Weekend Shift: Fri-Sun, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or GED (required for all levels).

  • Are entry-level (no experience required for Trainee/Level 1; one year related experience preferred) or possess related experience in manufacturing, automotive, aviation, or mechanical trades (Level 2 and 3).

  • Are detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable, with a strong sense of teamwork and integrity.

  • Can read blueprints, measure precisely, and use basic tools safely and effectively.

  • Have experience in assembly, carpentry, construction, plumbing, or military aircraft maintenance (preferred but not required).

  • Demonstrate self-development, effective communication, and an action-oriented approach.
