Randstad USA is seeking an assembler/assembly technician for Leominster, MA. You will perform precision assembly on components, following detailed instructions and schematics, while using a range of hand tools, power tools, fixtures and soldering equipment as required.

Key duties include quality inspections, wiring/soldering tasks when applicable, and rapid adaptation to different client production environments for short-term mandates. This role supports a flexible shift schedule.

Competenze

• Prior experience in precision assembly or electronics assembly is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.
• Willingness to work on variable shifts and adapt to different client environments.

Your responsibilities:

• Precision assembly: perform complex or repetitive assembly tasks of components or products following detailed schematics, blueprints, or work instructions.
• Tool use: safely utilize various hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment (e.g., soldering irons, crimpers, torque wrenches) as required by the assembly process.
• Quality control: conduct meticulous in-process and final visual inspections of assembled parts, identifying and correcting any defects or non-conformances.
• Wiring/soldering (if applicable): perform basic wiring, soldering, or harnessing tasks to connect electronic or mechanical components.
• Adaptability: quickly learn new assembly procedures and integrate seamlessly into different client production environments for short-term mandates.
