Randstad USA is seeking skilled assemblers or assembly technicians for light manufacturing projects in Franklin, TN. You will perform precise assembly following schematics, safely using hand and power tools, and conducting quality inspections to ensure defect-free components.

The role may involve basic wiring or soldering and requires quick adaptability to new client environments for short-term mandates, with standard daytime hours in a fixed schedule.

• Precision assembly: perform complex or repetitive assembly tasks of components or products following detailed schematics, blueprints, or work instructions.
• Tool use: safely utilize various hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment (e.g., soldering irons, crimpers, torque wrenches) as required by the assembly process.
• Quality control: conduct meticulous in-process and final visual inspections of assembled parts, identifying and correcting any defects or non-conformances.
• Wiring/soldering (if applicable): perform basic wiring, soldering, or harnessing tasks to connect electronic or mechanical components.
• Adaptability: quickly learn new assembly procedures and integrate seamlessly into different client production environments for short-term mandates.

• Tool use: safely utilize various hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment (e.g., soldering irons, crimpers, torque wrenches) as required by the assembly process.
