Job Summary

The Assembler assembles components using automated equipment to produce fire protection sprinklers and devices.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe workplace, perform tasks safely, and report hazards.
• Perform manual labor on a production line.
• Inspect parts such as caps, bulbs, screws, frames, deflectors, and other components per BOM.
• Set up the assembly line for hydrostatic bath testing.
• Test pressure and gauge of the hydrostatic bath.
• Use BOM to determine required parts.
• Perform visual inspections on finished and in-progress goods.
• Operate CNC and semi-automated machinery, including stamping, clamping, torque wrenches, testing, and assembly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following 5S standards.
• Collaborate with team members like Cell Leaders and Material Handlers.
• Check parts for inventory needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
