This position reports to

Production Supervisor

Your role and responsibilities

1. Core Responsibilities: Conduct all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including packing when integrated with production lines.
2. Perform work manually or using light hand tools.
3. Conduct regular quality testing as part of the production process.
4. Operate within standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work area.
5. License to Operate/ Core Values: Demonstrate ABB's core values and safety standards, acting accordingly.
6. Implement and ensure compliance with ABB's code of conduct, standards, policies, and processes.
7. Ensure adherence to internal and statutory regulations and policies.
8. Maintain integrity and ethics in all activities.
9. Understand and apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) principles, including reporting and risk management.
10. Collaboration/Leadership: Adhere to team collaboration objectives to maximize results.
11. Lead personal development through knowledge and learning opportunities.
12. Manage stakeholder relationships within their responsibility area, ensuring alignment.

Qualifications for the role

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of tools such as tape measures, calipers, grinders, and other hand tools.
• Must have work authorization to work in the US for ABB.
