Job summary

ManpowerGroup client is seeking an Assembler III to join the production team in Marinette, WI. The role centers on assembling commercial indoor air handling units with a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and following the Assembly Manual and documented processes.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED (or 1–3 months related experience) and be able to read instructions, perform basic math, and communicate effectively in small groups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and shop paperwork.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and communicate in small groups.
• Basic math to perform basic calculations with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Install parts according to the Assembly Manual and required documentation.
• Use air gun, radial drill, cutoff saw, and other powered tools to fabricate parts.
• Complete layouts for header panels and cut appropriately sized holes.
• Operate an overhead crane to move subassemblies and unload materials.
• Verify quality of work and document results, taking corrective action as needed.
