Job summary

ManpowerGroup, a global staffing leader, is seeking a 2nd Shift Shell Wrangler for a busy industrial environment in Marinette, Wisconsin. This hands-on production role focuses on safety, quality, and following detailed assembly instructions to support the manufacture of commercial indoor air handling units.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (or related small amount of experience), ability to read and understand procedures, and basic math.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend shop-floor paperwork and manuals.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and follow procedures.
• Math skills to perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Install parts per the Assembly Manual and instructions, using required documentation.
• Utilize air gun, radial drill, cutoff saw, and other powered tools to fabricate parts for installation.
• Complete layouts for header panels and cut holes to meet production requirements.
• Operate an overhead crane to move subassemblies and remove materials from crates and boxes.
• Verify quality of work, document results, and take corrective action if deviations are found.
