Qualifications

• Strong math skills including fractions and decimal conversions.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Experience with hand tools and measuring devices like tape measures and micrometers.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Commitment to safety and PPE procedures.
• Certification to operate JIB cranes is preferred.
• Ability to move and position components with material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical units following standard work practices.
• Meet daily production goals and quality standards.
• Safely operate JIB cranes to lift and position components.
• Assist with organization and replenishment of the work area.
• Build units according to blueprints and drawings.
• Learn and grow to contribute to world-class assembly quality.
