Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking an Assembler III - 1st Shift for the El Paso, TX area. The role involves assembling, fitting, and mounting subassemblies in electrical control equipment, with emphasis on testing preparation and final inspection.

The position offers a $19.00 hourly rate and a 7:00am-3:45pm shift, plus benefits and a variable incentive plan. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of switchboard manufacturing experience or 2 Assembler II certifications, and must be

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of internal switchboard manufacturing experience OR 2 Assembler II certifications.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT support; unable to sponsor.
• No relocation benefits; candidates within a 50-mile radius of Dallas, TX only.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit and mount subassemblies and components per instructions and drawings.
• Assemble for testing preparation and final inspection.
• Maintain safe work area and perform 5-S housekeeping duties; participate in flexing to other functions.
