Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Assembler IV for the El Paso, TX area to perform wiring, assembling, fitting, and mounting of electrical control equipment into subassemblies and final products. The role requires reading wiring schematics and diagrams and using standard tools to prepare test-ready assemblies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of electrical wiring experience or a completed technical degree in a related field or Connectors I & II certifications and 1 year of experience as an Assembler III.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wiring and subassemblies per instructions and schematics.
• Use tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, cutters, impact guns, drills, and pliers to complete wiring of switchboards.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow 5S procedures; lift up to 35 lbs with or without accommodation.
