Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division in El Paso, TX is seeking an Assembler IV - 2nd Shift to join our manufacturing team. The role covers wiring, assembling, fitting, and mounting subassemblies and electrical control equipment, with responsibilities from instructions and wiring schematics to final inspection.

Shift: 4:00pm-12:45am; $1 per hour shift differential and eligibility for a variable incentive plan. Candidates may have 1 year wiring experience, a related technical degree, or connectors I/II

Qualifications

• One of: 1 year electrical wiring experience or
• a completed technical degree in a related field or
• Connectors I & II certifications plus 1 year as An assembler III.

Responsibilities

• Assemble or wire switchboards per plans and wiring schematics.
• Use tools like wire strippers, crimpers, cutters and drills.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; monitor parts availability.
• Lift up to 35 lbs and perform other assigned tasks as needed.
• Flex into other functions within the business.
