Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Assembler I for 1st shift at the Raleigh, NC plant. The role builds sub-assemblies and wiring for UPS, follows SOPs, uses fixtures and tools, and performs visual inspections to ensure quality. Hours are 6:00am-2:30pm; overtime may be required.

You will maintain 5S housekeeping, calibrate machines, suggest process improvements, and ensure safety and environmental rules are followed. Candidates must lift up to 50 lbs and be able to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work daily/ overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build sub-assemblies and assemblies involving complex and repetitive wiring for UPS.
• Follow SOPs and use fixtures, gauges, hand tools and power tools.
• Perform visual inspections before and after assembly and ensure quality standards.
