Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Assembler I for the 2nd shift at the Capital Blvd site in Raleigh, NC. You will build sub-assemblies and assemblies for UPS battery cabinets, following SOPs and using fixtures, gauges, and power tools. Visual inspections ensure quality and safety compliance.

You will contribute to process improvements, maintain calibrated machines, and adhere to environmental and safety rules while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in manufacturing or a similar environment.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with SAP and power tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build sub-assemblies and assemblies for UPS battery cabinets following SOPs.
• Visual inspection of materials before and after assembly.
• Use fixtures, gauges, and hand/power tools to assemble and adjust.
• Ensure assemblies meet Raleigh Plant Quality standards and safety rules.
