Eaton Corporation in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Assembler – 1st Shift to join our CPDI OPS Operations team. The role offers a 40-hour work week from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with an hourly rate of $18.50. This position includes health benefits, paid time off, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No immigration sponsorship available.
• Relocation assistance is not provided; candidates in 50-mile radius considered.
• Active–Duty Military Service members are exempt from geographic area limitations.

Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Build sub-assemblies and assemblies using SOPs.
• Perform visual inspections of material before and after assembly.
• Use fixtures, gauges, hand tools and power tools to assemble, adjust, or repair product.
• Inspect completed assemblies to meet Raleigh Plant Quality standards and adjust to meet quality goals.
• Adhere to environmental, health, and safety rules and regulations.
• Provide process and safety improvement ideas.
• Ensure machines and tools are calibrated and maintain 5S+ housekeeping.
