Job summary

You will work with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using a range of tools to build and install components and accessories.

Responsibilities include reading schematics, wiring, drilling, lifting parts, and maintaining a clean, safe work space. Overtime and on-site attendance are required to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in manufacturing or general labor.
• Willing to work overtime including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and reliable attendance on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics on JLG/Jerr-Dan products using power tools and manual techniques.
• Install product accessories such as decals, mud flaps, cameras, and lights.
• Safely operate an overhead crane to position parts.
• Use hand and pneumatic tools with accuracy.
• Measure accurately using tools like tape measures.
• Drill and tap holes for wires, hoses, and small components.
• Lift and stack subassemblies and parts (up to 35 lbs solo; team lift up to 60 lbs).
• Follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with safety rules and 6S standards.
