Job summary

You will lift subassemblies, work in multiple assembly areas as needed, and adhere to safety standards while contributing to meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in the manufacturing or general labor industry.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics on JLG/Jerr-Dan products using power tools and manual techniques.
• Install product accessories such as decals, mud flaps, cameras, and lights.
• Safely operate an overhead crane to position parts.
• Use hand and pneumatic tools with accuracy.
• Measure accurately using tools like tape measures.
• Drill and tap holes for wires, hoses, and small components.
• Lift and stack subassemblies and parts up to 35 lbs solo; team lift up to 60 lbs.
• Crosstrain and work in multiple assembly areas as needed.
• Follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with safety rules.
