Mechanical Assembler I – Onsite (2nd Shift)
Location: 426 Bella Vista Dr, Bella Vista, USA. Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30pm – 12:00am (First 2–3 months training: 7:00am – 3:30pm).
What You Will Do
- Maintain and operate deburring and air grinding tools and speed lathes.
- Read blueprints to verify completed work.
- Perform daily/weekly equipment checks.
- Participate in the COPQ process and use ACE portal for issues or process improvement.
- Complete production documentation and labor transactions.
- Operate hand, electrical, and measuring tools under direct supervision.
- Follow established procedures for routine work and request guidance for new assignments.
- Apply basic job skills, company policies, and procedures to assigned tasks.
- Support EHS, Quality, and CI guidelines and engage in continuous improvement and safety activities.
- Work over 40 hours as scheduled, including extended shifts or overtime when required.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical education in a related discipline preferred.
- Ability to learn how to read and understand prints.
- Basic computer proficiency (email, document printing, internet). Will learn to access work instructions.
- Basic shop mathematics and understanding of geometric tolerances.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems.
- Willingness to learn inspection tools and deburring operations.
- Effective communication skills at all levels.
- Proactive attitude toward safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
