Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an Assembler I for 2nd Shift (Mon–Fri, 3P–11:30P) in San Marcos, TX. This onsite role requires reading blueprints, using hand and electrical tools, and maintaining workstations while ensuring quality and safety standards.

You will work with a team to assemble equipment, follow engineering specs, and perform inspections. Candidates should have HS diploma/GED and at least 6 months in manufacturing; relocation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED required; U.S. Person status required.
6 months manufacturing experience required.
Experience reading blueprints preferred.

Responsibilities

Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams and engineering drawings.
Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment and light equipment.
Maintain inventory of product at workstations.
Perform quality checks and record defects.
Rework/repair assembled equipment per engineering changes.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Splicing of honey comb core.
