Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, seeks an Assembler I for 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3P–11:30P) in San Marcos, TX. You will read blueprints, use hand and electrical tools, maintain workstation inventory, and perform quality checks on assembled equipment.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED and 6 months of manufacturing experience, with eligibility for U.S. citizenship/immigration status as required. Onsite position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or GED or vocational/technical education in related discipline.

• 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Reads, interprets, and follows blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions.
• Operates hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment and light equipment.
• Maintains inventory of product in workstations.
• Performs quality work checks, identifies product defects and records defects.
• Reworks and/or repairs assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.
• Performs all work in accordance with quality standards and safety procedures.
• Splicing of honey comb core
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
