Job summary

Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is seeking an Assembler I (1st Shift) – Large Pack in Reno, NV. Core hours are 6AM–2:30PM. The role focuses on simple repetitive bench assembly, using bolts and fasteners, with LEAN and 5-S participation. Salary is $20.47 per hour and benefits start day one.

Eligible candidates must reside within 50 miles of the site, be able to stand long periods, and perform fine manual work. Join a team committed to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Perform simple repetitive bench assembly of parts and components.
• Able to use bolts, screws, clips, and other fastening devices.
• Work under close supervision and may work from models, samples, or simple diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and pull orders in an efficient and accurate manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems as they arise.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Support Lean initiatives including 5-S and visual management tools.
• Participate in Kaizen improvements and events across the facility.
