Responsibilities

• Maintain production goals with safe, efficient practices.
• Inspect components and finished products for defects and report issues.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and complete production records.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per OSHA standards.
• Move materials and containers to support production.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, cutting, heating, and related operations to prepare and apply lining materials to fabricated parts.

• Read and interpret written and verbal instructions to assemble bearing products according to specifications and quality standards.

• Maintain production goals through safe and efficient work practices.

• Inspect components and finished products for defects, irregularities, and quality concerns, reporting issues to leadership as needed.

• Troubleshoot minor operating issues and complete required production records.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following OSHA and company safety standards.

• Move materials, parts, and containers as necessary to support production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Strong attention to quality and detail.

• Mechanical aptitude and a reliable work history.

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to wear clean room attire.

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

• Good hand dexterity and fine motor skills.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
