Job summary

Aerotek in Fairfield/West Chester, OH is hiring a Production Assembler for a cleanroom environment. You will set up lines, assemble window frames with hand and power tools, and measure parts to specification.

Responsibilities include inspecting components, maintaining a clean area, and adhering to safety rules. Overtime up to 50+ hours weekly is common; contract-to-hire path offered. This is a fully onsite, first-shift role.

Work Environment

This position is based in a cleanroom production facility in Fairfield, OH. The role follows a first-shift schedule, Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with the expectation of working overtime, often exceeding 50 hours per week, depending on production needs. You will work on a production line using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other measuring instruments. The environment emphasizes cleanliness, safety, and adherence to cleanroom protocols, requiring consistent attention to detail and compliance with established procedures

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
