Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Job Description

The primary role of the mechanic is to receive and inspect dealer-supplied chassis, manage key and vehicle assignment duties, and coordinate all chassis control functions, including Suspension Programs such as Monroe and Liquid Spring.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the suspension programs including Liquid Spring.
  • Work closely with the Mounting Supervisor to manage all modification duties.

Essential Skills
  • Valid Ohio driver's license.
  • Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools.
  • Familiarity with the safe operation of tools such as drills, screw guns, sanders, and jig saws.

  • Effective interaction with various personnel levels and functional areas.
  • Ability to set work priorities and work independently in the absence of supervision.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.

Work Environment

The work environment involves an ambient temperature range of 40 to 100 degrees with high humidity. Personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, face shields, ear plugs, work gloves, and steel toe shoes are recommended or required on the production floor. The role requires standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities such as close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception are necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grove City, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
