Aerotek is seeking a Production Assembler in Weaverville, NC to build and wire equipment in a clean, team-oriented environment. You will read blueprints and schematics, install wiring and components, and use hand and power tools to assemble electrical and mechanical parts.

Production Assembler

What You'll Do
Assemble electrical and mechanical components following blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Install wiring, sensors, harnesses, and electrical components
Use hand and power tools such as drills, rivet guns, saws, and testing equipment
Inspect assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
Package finished products for shipment
Maintain inventory and reorder parts as needed
Operate cranes, forklifts, or lifting equipment when required
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Support other production areas and participate in cross-training
Required Skills
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Experience with electrical wiring and assembly
Mechanical assembly experience using hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to recognize wire color codes
Ability to stand for an entire shift
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or production experience
Experience with control panels, electrical cabinets, or industrial equipment
Forklift or crane experience
Familiarity with inventory systems such as Kanban

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
