Aerotek is seeking an Assembler for a permanent onsite role in Clintonville, WI. You will assemble production machinery and heavy equipment in a structured manufacturing environment, following blueprints, installing motors, belts, bearings, and wiring components.

The role requires 1+ year mechanical experience, blueprint reading, and familiarity with power or air tools. You will be part of a collaborative team, with a 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and a competitive

Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

You will be working in an established manufacturing environment to assemble a variety of production machinery, heavy equipment and equipment attachments for a variety of industries. Job duties include working from blueprints, building machine frameworks, installing motors, installing belting and bearings, wiring electrical components, testing completed projects, and much more.

Shift: 1st Shift ; 6:00AM to 4:00PM ; Monday - Thursday

Job Duties:

• Use blueprints and building plans to complete assemblies accurately

• Assist with running electrical wiring for lights and motors

• Install belts, bearings, bushings, and other small components

• Mount tool boxes, tires, and install suspension systems

• Use hand, power, and air tools for assembly and fastening tasks

• Collaborate with team members or larger assemblies and projects

Requirements:

• 1+ year of mechanical experience in assembly, working on vehicles, or relevant mechanical experience

• Experience working from blueprints, manuals, or written work instructions

• Previous experience using power OR air tools

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Clintonville, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
