Job summary

Signify in Littlestown, PA, is hiring an Assembler to join our manufacturing team. Shift is 5am–3pm, Monday to Thursday with overtime as needed. You will assemble, wire, inspect and package lighting fixtures along an assembly line or work cell, following blueprints and wiring diagrams.

You should have experience wiring ballasts and assembling electrical parts, plus a high school diploma or GED. English reading and speaking skills are required to complete production documents.

• Experience in a manufacturing facility wiring ballasts and assembling fixtures.
• Ability to read and speak English; ability to complete production documents in English.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as an Assembler in Littlestown, PA, with Signify. (5am-3pm Monday to Thursday)

• Assemble, wire, inspect, test and package fixtures via an assembly line or work cell process efficiently without quality defects
• Follow blueprints, assembly drawings, and/or wiring diagrams
• Perform quality checks consistent with the inspection and control plans
• Use hand tools and power tools to secure parts

More about you

• Experience working in a manufacturing facility wiring ballasts and assembling fixtures or electrical/electronic parts
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read and speak English; Ability to complete production documents in English
• Ability to physically move materials used in the production area; lift up to 50 lbs; capable of standing for long periods of time during shift
• Understanding of quality documents and ISO procedures
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

Starting rate - $18.84
