Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Wisconsin is seeking a temporary assembler for a Monday–Thursday shift from 5:30am to 3:30pm, with overtime on Fridays as needed. Pay is $18.10 per hour.

Duties include basic assembly, material validation, following work instructions, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while meeting quality standards. The position offers weekly pay and benefits such as vision, medical, dental, a 401(k), life insurance, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience required or related work experience.
• Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a production setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team.
• Accountability for own actions and follow-through on commitments.
• Ability to understand and execute basic assembly procedures and read simple instructions.

TEMPORARY ASSEMBLER POSITION!

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:30am - 3:30pm

* OT as needed on Friday from 5:30am-1:30pm

Pay: $18.10/HR

• Perform basic assembly work to manufacture products in a cost-effective and timely manner while meeting quality standards.
• Validate materials prior to beginning assembly.
• Review and follow work instructions.
• Build products per specifications and within required tolerances.
• Complete clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
• Follow all quality, safety, and work rules, including wearing appropriate PPE.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience, including knowledge of manufacturing processes, or related experience.
• Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment.

• Ability to understand and execute basic standard assembly procedures and interpret basic instructions.
