Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Temporary Material Handler in Oshkosh, WI. Responsibilities include picking and delivering parts, operating forklifts, and maintaining ERP material records to support production flow.

The role requires 0–2 years in similar settings, basic computer skills, and willingness to learn ERP systems. Schedule: Mon-Thu 5:30am-3:30pm with overtime on Fridays; pay is $18.10/hour. Benefits and weekly payroll are offered.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing environments.
• Basic problem-solving skills with the ability to follow defined procedures.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Strong work ethic with a positive, professional attitude.
• Comfortable working under daily or weekly supervision with frequent review for accuracy.
• Basic computer skills; experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with production lines to ensure timely material availability.
• Identify and resolve basic material-flow or inventory issues.
• Participate in team meetings and share job-related information.
• Demonstrate consistent attendance, quality, and attention to detail.
• Complete assigned tasks following established procedures, processes, and policies.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the department.

TEMPORARY MATERIAL HANDLER POSITION

Hours: Monday-Thursday 5:30am-3:30pm

* OT as needed on Friday from 5:30am-1:30pm

Pay: $18.10/HR

Duties:

• Pick and deliver warehoused parts to designated assembly areas to support efficient production flow
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and effectively
