Job summary

You will kit o-ring and valve stem sets, apply customized tamper seals and service labels, and maintain a clean, safe workspace

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail when following kitting lists and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble precision safety and control components (remote pull stations, relays, micro switches).
• Kit o-ring and valve stem sets and bag components for high-volume production.
• Apply tamper seals and service labels per client specs.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and maintain clean, organized workstation.

In this role, you will be responsible for the precision assembly of safety and control components, ranging from electronic pull stations to specialized valve kits. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work that requires a steady hand, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to switch between diverse tasks—whether you're repairing a delicate gauge or kitting high-volume hardware.Key ResponsibilitiesPrecision Assembly: Perform light assembly of technical products, including remote pull stations, reset relays, and micro switches.Customization: Create and apply customized tamper seals and service labels according to client specifications.Kitting & Packaging: Accurately kit o-ring and valve stem sets; perform high-volume bagging of small components to maintain inventory flow.Quality Control: Visually inspect components during the assembly process to identify defects or irregularities.Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with department protocols.Skills & QualificationsManual Dexterity: Ability to work with small parts and hand tools comfortably for extended periods.Technical Aptitude: Experience with basic mechanical assembly or electronic components is a plus.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in following kitting lists and assembly diagrams.Adaptability: Comfortable moving between repetitive bagging tasks and more complex repair/testing work.Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting daily production targets.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit or stand for long periods.Excellent hand-eye coordination.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (as needed for kit bins and components).
