RM HEADLEE CO INC is seeking a skilled Assembler / Automation Technician to join our team. You will create complex components by aligning materials and connecting parts, reading schematics, and following blueprints.

The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge and excellent manual dexterity to assemble and calibrate electric and pneumatic controls. Responsibilities include interpreting manuals and drawings, assembling valve packages, maintaining strict quality standards, and documenting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification or diploma from a technical school is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as an Assembler / Automation Technician or in a similar role.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Put parts together to create more complex pieces.
• Assemble & Test Valve Packages with Valve, Actuator and Controls.
• Maintain a high level of quality control.
• Keep detailed records.
• Package Product in Boxes/Crates.
• Load/Unload Trucks for inbound and Outbound equipment.
• Inbound inspection of components.
• Organize and put components on shelving.
