Job summary

Kelly Services in Hudson, OH is seeking an experienced Assembler for a leading aviation manufacturer. This temporary role pays $21.00 per hour and runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. Assignment through the end of the year.

Responsibilities include reading work instructions, sourcing materials via MRP, using hand tools and equipment to assemble, mark parts, and perform final inspections for quality compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with computers and ability to understand and interpret complex technical documents.
  • Experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing environment preferred.

Description
Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Assembler for leading manufacturer in the aviation industry.

$21.00 Per Hour

Monday — Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm

This is a temporary assignment through the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret standard work documents, drawing instructions, blueprints, and visual aids to execute assigned assembly and inspection tasks.
  • Follow pick lists to appropriately source and consume materials in MRP.
  • Use small tools and equipment to assemble products and perform part marking through rubber stamps, computer-controlled machines, and other blueprint-driven methods.
  • Perform final inspections on assembled parts to ensure they meet required specifications.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to understand and interpret complex technical documents.
  • Experience with assembly, part marking, and inspection in an aerospace or regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
