Hiring for a premier employer in the Montgomery County area. This is a long‑term, career opportunity and we're hiring immediately.

Pay: $22/hr

Shift: 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) Monday-Friday OT WEEKLY

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro‑mechanical systems, including testing units, brackets, sub‑assemblies, and control panels according to schematics and work instructions.
• Wire, control panels, and related electrical components to create complete operating systems.
• Install instrumentation and controls equipment into fully functional systems.
• Read and interpret simple blueprints and schematics to guide assembly and wiring tasks.
• Use drills, saws, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and other basic hand tools and power tools to perform mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Run wires and install panels, switches, outlets, and other electrical components as required.
• Verify quality and functionality of assembled units through basic testing and inspection.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with facility standards.
• Follow safety procedures and best practices when working with tools, electrical components, and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and project deadlines.

Essential Skills

• Experience with electro‑mechanical assembly in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Ability to read and work from schematics and simple blueprints.
• Hands‑on experience with mechanical assembly and electrical assembly tasks.
• Proficiency using basic hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers.
• Comfort working with power tools including drills and saws.
• Ability to run wires and install panels, switches, outlets, and other electrical components.
• Capability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy in assembly and wiring.
• Strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and organization in the work area.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hatfield, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
