Job summary

Aerotek is seeking motivated Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Lafayette, CO. You will perform mechanical and electrical assembly using hand and power tools, following blueprints and quality standards. The role offers a 6-month contract-to-hire path, onsite work, and several shift options.

Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and experience reading blueprints are preferred. Wiring or electrical assembly experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math, including fractions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Wiring or electrical assembly experience is a plus.

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00/hr

Schedule Options:

• Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (4x10 schedule)
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 12-hour shifts

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
