Job summary

Kelly Services in Frankfort, KY is hiring an assembler to build trailer axles, suspensions, and components. This is a temp-to-hire role with a 4-day workweek (Mon-Thu, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM) and opportunities for overtime as demand grows.

Read and follow bills of materials and assembly instructions while keeping areas clean and safe. You’ll receive hands-on training, work with a friendly team, and contribute to nationwide product builds that keep critical equipment moving.

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Dependable and ready to commit.

• 4-Day Week: Mon - Thu, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
• Overtime may be scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM (8-hour shifts) - earn extra while meeting busy demand!
