Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Light Assembly Worker in Eagleville, PA to join a premier manufacturing client. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $17.85 per hour with first and second shifts available, 7:00 am–3:30 pm and 3:30 pm–12:00 am.

The role focuses on cellular assembly, quality, and safety in a fast-paced team setting. You will perform assembly operations, use hand tools and soldering irons, and maintain production records.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
  • Basic math skills and ability to follow multi-step instructions.
  • Experience with hand tools, soldering irons, and basic power tools.
  • Ability to stand long periods, lift up to 25 lbs frequently (and up to 50 lbs occasionally).
  • Commitment to teamwork, quality, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

  • Performing cellular assembly operations by following specific written and verbal instructions, as well as point-of-use pictures.
  • Aligning and mechanically assembling parts into housings or PC Boards, installing components, routing and attaching wires, and replacing defective components.
  • Conducting basic hand soldering operations and using hand/power tools to assemble products.
  • Completing production records, logs, and report forms accurately.
  • Working under the guidance of a Cell Leader, rotating through work cells, and performing visual self-inspection of completed work.
  • Maintaining a neat, orderly work area and adhering to all safety and quality practices.

Pay Rate: $17.00–$17.85 per hour

Shift: 1st ( 7:00 am to 3:30 pm ) & 2nd shift (3:30 pm to 12:00 am)
