You will work under a Cell Leader, rotate through cells, and maintain quality records while adhering to safety practices. High school diploma or GED and ability to lift up to 25 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow multi-step instructions.
• Can use hand tools, soldering irons, and simple power tools with a basic understanding of mechanics.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally).
• Teamwork, quality, and workplace safety are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform cellular assembly operations per written/verbal instructions and pictures.
• Align and mechanically assemble parts into housings or PC boards; install components and wires.
• Conduct basic hand soldering and use hand/power tools to assemble products.
• Complete production records, logs, and forms accurately.
• Work under Cell Leader guidance; rotate through work cells and perform self-inspection.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and compliant work area.
