Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.00 - $20.50 per hour (depends on shift)
Shifts: 1st Shift; Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd shift Monday-Thursday 3:30pm - 1:00 am

What's a typical day as an Assembly Worker? You'll be:
- Assembling a range of components into finished goods across one or more production lines under the direction of Production Team Leaders/Supervisors
- Operating a variety of wafer fab equipment in a clean room production environment
- Manually manipulating fragile wafers and working with small devices to load fixtures and process equipment
- Performing basic measurements and math calculations related to tolerances and dimensions
- Conducting in-process visual inspections, both with and without microscopes, in line with established requirements
- Accurately documenting all work performed on inspection reports and customer travelers
- Performing various dimensional inspections using gauges, dimensional inspection systems, verniers, and micrometers
- Collaborating with supervisors and team leads to ensure production goals and standards are met
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least 6 months of experience in the medical device industry and manufacturing (required)
- Have at least 6 months of experience working in a clean room environment using a microscope (required)
- Are proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Are able to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds frequently (occasionally up to 50 pounds)
- Possess a strong attention to detail and are committed to quality documentation and inspections
