PDS Tech Commercial is seeking dependable assemblers for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will assemble components and subassemblies into finished products, following blueprints, work instructions, and production requirements.

You will inspect products for defects, verify conformance to specs, and report issues promptly. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and attention to detail in a physically demanding setting.

Qualifications

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble components and subassemblies into finished products while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.

What You’ll Do

Assembly Operations

• Assemble components and subassemblies according to blueprints, work instructions, and production requirements

• Follow established assembly procedures and quality standards

• Utilize hand tools and equipment as required

Quality Inspection

• Inspect finished products for defects and quality issues

• Verify products meet customer and company specifications

• Report any production or quality concerns promptly

Teamwork & Production Support

• Work closely with team members to meet production goals

• Help identify and resolve assembly-related issues

• Support a positive and productive team environment

Safety & Organization

• Follow all safety procedures and workplace protocols

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area

• Support continuous improvement and housekeeping initiatives

Required Qualifications

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
