Role Overview:

As an Assembly & Test Technician, you will take on the critical responsibility of conducting standard testing processes on a variety of equipment. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will directly contribute to the overall performance and success of key projects. In this role, you will be part of a supportive team, guided by supervisors and working within well-established processes, while also having the opportunity to think creatively and apply your expertise to ensure high‑quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing & Analysis: Perform standard testing processes on mechanical and electrical equipment to verify performance. Record and analyze test results to identify any discrepancies or issues.
• Assembly Support: Assist in the assembly of products, ensuring that components are correctly assembled and meet specified standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record all test results, observations, and any required changes or improvements. Document and report findings to supervisors to ensure timely decision‑making.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams to provide feedback and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with safety standards, using appropriate protective equipment and following safe working procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 0-2 years of hands‑on experience in testing, assembly, or a related field.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with industry‑specific tests, testing equipment, and basic assembly techniques.
• Skills: Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with electronic or mechanical equipment in an assembly or testing capacity.
