Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking Aerospace Assemblers in Washington to build high-quality components for aerospace applications. You will set up and operate production equipment, inspect parts, and follow engineering drawings within a cleanroom environment.

Ideal candidates have English fluency, 1+ year manufacturing experience, and the ability to read blueprints and use a microscope. Shift is Mon-Thu, 4x10, with pay at $25.32/hour and a bonus program up to $3,000.

Qualifications

• English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Computer literacy.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience (within the past 5 years; 2–3+ year tenure preferred).
• Comfort working in a cleanroom environment with full PPE.
• Ability to use a microscope for extended periods.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

In this position, your craftsmanship and focus will directly support products that demand the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Assemble and inspect components and products to ensure the highest quality standards
• Set up, operate, monitor, and change over production equipment
• Use microscopes for extended periods while handling small, intricate parts
• Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and travelers
• Record, analyze, and report production and quality data
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
• Comply with all safety rules and cleanroom protocols
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and production
• Support the Operating System and site operational goals

What You Must Have

• English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Computer literacy
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience (within the past 5 years; 2–3+ year tenure preferred)
• Comfort and ability working in a cleanroom environment, including wearing a full body suit, face mask, eye protection, gloves, and anti-static bracelet
• Comfort using a microscope for hours at a time
• Strong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity

Compensation & Bonus:

• Pay Rate: $25.32/hour
• Subco Bonus Program – Earn up to $3,000!
  • $1,000 at 30 days
  • $1,000 at 60 days
  • $1,000 at 90 days
  • Total potential bonus: $3,000

Shift:

• Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4x10, 5:00AM to 4:00PM.

Pay Details: $25.32 per hour
