Responsibilities

  • Assemble automotive bumpers and components on a production line according to specifications.
  • Install brackets, clips, sensors, trim pieces, and other accessories using hand tools and production equipment.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, assembly procedures, and quality standards.
  • Inspect completed bumpers for defects, damage, proper fit, and missing components.
  • Identify, report, and help resolve quality issues to ensure product compliance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Meet daily production quotas while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
  • Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain production flow and achieve operational goals.
  • Perform additional production and assembly tasks as assigned.
