Staffmark Group in Vonore, TN is hiring an Assembler to join a for-shift team assembling components to exact specifications. The role requires reading prints, basic math, and attention to detail, with AS400 experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ months of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Ability to read basic prints, instructions, and process sheets.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems (AS400 a plus).

Responsibilities

• Assemble components using prints and process sheets to meet product specifications.
• Follow standardized work instructions to produce high-quality parts.
• Work collaboratively within a team or cell-based environment and cross-train as needed.
• Identify and report quality or assembly issues and support problem resolution.
• Assist in training new team members on assembly processes.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Pay Rate: $17.05 per hour
Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Thursday

• Regular standing, walking, and use of hands for assembly tasks.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.
