Staffmark is hiring an Assembler in Rogersville, TN. Join a fast-paced manufacturing team responsible for assembling and stacking parts with crew, using shop tools and safety gear. The role demands staying on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, and keeping your station sharp.

You’ll work on day or night shifts on rotating 12-hour schedules, with weekly pay and benefits. This position offers steady work, opportunities to grow, and a hands-on environment where quality and safety come first.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble and stack parts with your crew.

• Make sure what you build passes the test.
• Pack, wrap, and mark orders for shipping.
• Keep the floor safe and your station sharp.

Pay Rate: $15-$20 per hour, depending on shift and experience

Schedules:
Day Shift | 6:45 AM - 7 PM (2 - 2 - 3 12-hour rotating schedule) or 6 AM - 6 PM
Night Shift | 6:45 PM - 7 AM (4 - 4 rotating schedule)
