Staffmark is hiring an Assembler in Brainerd, MN, offering $18.00–$19.00 per hour. This full‑time role runs from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, and emphasizes teamwork, safety, and steady production in a manufacturing environment.

You will assemble products, inspect finished work, follow work instructions, and support daily goals. Prior experience in production is helpful, with opportunities for skill development and advancement.

Qualifications

Education Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
• Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as an Assembler.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
