Job summary

Staffmark is hiring an Assembler in Brainerd, MN, offering $18.00–$19.00 per hour. This full‑time role runs from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, and emphasizes teamwork, safety, and steady production in a manufacturing environment.

You will assemble products, inspect finished work, follow work instructions, and support daily goals. Prior experience in production is helpful, with opportunities for skill development and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Ability to assemble per work instructions and production standards.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork; commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Follow written Work Instructions.
• Follow the Quality Plan and support the Quality Policy.
• Check Bill of Materials to determine required assembly.
• Check for adequate supplies and order floor stock as needed.
• Check tools are available and in good condition.
• Accurate charting/record keeping.
• Chart processes using sheets and run sheets.
• Turn in scrap or fill out a discrepant material report.
