Job summary

Staffmark is hiring an Assembler in Plano, TX for a Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:30pm shift at $15.00 per hour. The role includes assembling products, inspecting finished work, and supporting daily manufacturing goals in a teamwork-focused environment.

Responsibilities cover following work instructions, maintaining clean work areas, and complying with safety procedures. Previous factory or production experience is beneficial, with high school diploma or GED preferred.

Education Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
• Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as an Assembler.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
