Job summary

SavATree LLC in Colorado Springs is hiring for a Groundsperson who will be enrolled in a 2-year climbing apprenticeship through Front Range Community College. You’ll start full-time, with class sessions monthly from November through March, and you’ll train in climbing techniques, safety, pruning, and tree identification.

Qualifications

• Groundsperson role; enrolled in 2-year climbing apprenticeship.
• Attend classes monthly Nov–Mar through Front Range Community College.
• Full-time position with full benefits.
• Valid drivers license and ability to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Work with General Tree Care crew on pruning, removals, cable bracing, and related tasks.
• Operate equipment safely while delivering high-quality tree care for clients.
