Job summary

SavATree seeks a motivated Tree Climber in Training to join our General Tree Care Team. You’ll work outdoors on client landscapes, performing climbing and pruning duties using safe techniques and equipment.

As part of the training program, you’ll gain hands-on experience, develop climbing and pruning skills, and advance within the arboriculture field while emphasizing safety and client service.

Qualifications

• Desire to work outdoors in a physically active role.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
• Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
• Willingness to learn Tree climbing techniques, pruning, safety standards, and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a crew to provide high-quality tree care including pruning and removals.
• Safely operate climbing gear, chainsaws and other equipment.
• Apply proper pruning techniques and tree care practices.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Deliver excellent service to clients while maintaining professional standards.
