Job summary

SavATree LLC is seeking a Groundsperson in our Climber-In-Training Apprentice Program in Denver, CO. You will start in the Groundsperson role and be enrolled in a 2-year apprenticeship through Front Range Community College, with monthly classes Nov–Mar.

This full-time position includes comprehensive benefits. You will gain hands-on tree care experience on a General Tree Care crew, learn climbing techniques, pruning, safety, and equipment operation, and have opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• A desire to work outdoors.
• A valid U.S. Driver’s license to drive company vehicles.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to learn climbing techniques, pruning, safety, and chainsaw operation.

Responsibilities

• Work on a General Tree Care crew to provide high-quality tree care.
• Perform pruning, removals, cable bracing and related tree-care tasks.
• Safely operate equipment and contribute to client satisfaction.
