The Gersh Agency in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Assistant to support a talent Agent in the Talent department. This full-time role requires at least 1 year in entertainment and a passion for pursuing a career as a talent agent.

You will manage calendars, schedule auditions, coordinate travel, draft submissions, and communicate with managers, casting directors, and publicists, while delivering high-volume, detail-oriented support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Desire to pursue a career as a talent agent.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Positive attitude, highly organized, and able to work well under pressure.
• Willingness to commit to the role for 2 years.
